Client Relations & Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective clients in agriculture, rubber, and industrial sectors.
• Conduct field visits to farms, estates, and industries to understand testing requirements.
• Coordinate sample collection appointments and liaise between clients and the laboratory.
• Follow up on test results and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain a client database and report on business development activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Agriculture, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
• Own vehicle and willingness to travel within the Malabar region.
• Prior experience in field sales or client servicing is an advantage.
